Mauron is an attractive small town about 60km west of Rennes, and just over 1 hour's drive from St Malo Ferry and Dinan airport. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, from walking, cycling or skating along the 'Voie Verte' (link below), to fishing, swimming, and shopping at Josselin, Rennes or Plouermel (where there is also the Lac au Duc for beaches and boats).
