Situated in a quiet hamlet but close to local amenities is this group of three cottages in need of renovation. They stand in an enclosed plot of environ 1.000m² and there is also a Dutch barn.

Water and electricity are either available or connected, and drainage is via a septic tank system though we cannot vouch for its conformity to current norms.

Cottage 1
White rendered and under a clay-tile roof, this property is the closest to being habitable. Accommodation is on the ground floor only and comprises entrance porch, kitchen, lounge and one bedroom.

Cottage 2
Of stone under a fibro-cement roof and comprising shower room, plus store room.

Cottage 3
Of stone and part rendered under a slate roof (tiles need re-laying), this cottage comprises two rooms.

Outside: Gardens and Dutch barn.
