Renovation project (some works already carried out)

Situated in a quiet hamlet but within easy reach of a large village is this detached stone built property with additional stone barn, substantial renovation of which has been commenced. The property stands on a plot of approximately 529m² and is not overlooked.

The roof is new and the walls are in good condition and most of the internal flooring has been replaced, electrical wiring and plumbing installed together with some partition walling to the first floor.

The septic tank system has yet to be installed.

House: comprising two large rooms (30m², 40m²) on the ground floor, one with fireplace. The floor is of concrete, and the beams have all been replaced – solid oak to one room and pine to the other. The window and door units are all new and double glazed. The upper floor comprises one large room with insulation and plasterboard walling almost completed, with the provision of an area for shower and toilet. Large loft area with new flooring and insulation together with new velux windows and piping for bathroom/wc..

Attached are two single storey stone buildings (6.5m², 7.5m²)which have been partially renovated and have the benefit of electric and water connection (could be converted to provide bathroom and/or kitchen/utility room.
